Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bokaro. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales revenue to meet targets. They will analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and propose suitable products and solutions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities, reporting on performance metrics, and actively contributing to business growth through strategic planning and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying customer needs and opportunities.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant experience in the construction, manufacturing, or panel goods industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be advantageous.
