Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Morbi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing strategic plans, negotiating deals, analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. As a key member of the sales team, you will contribute to driving company growth and expanding our customer base.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Understanding of ceramic tile products and the construction or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
