Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Erode. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and targeting potential customers, and delivering an exceptional retail experience. The role includes handling customer inquiries, providing personalized jewellery recommendations, achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques, along with familiarity with the jewellery sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver a superior customer experience
  • Team collaboration and leadership skills in a retail environment
  • Proficiency in using sales systems and tools
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
  • Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
