Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Vapi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing a robust sales pipeline for vacuum bagging consumables and related composite solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, and proposing suitable products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating with internal production and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery, and addressing post-sales support issues. The Senior Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
  • Experience in the composites, industrial materials, engineering, or related manufacturing sectors, ideally with exposure to vacuum bagging consumables.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications, applications, and re-engineering solutions to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with cross-functional teams (sourcing, production, logistics, finance).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, including use of CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
  • Comfort working on-site in Vapi and traveling to customer locations as required, with a strong customer-centric and ethical approach to sales.
