Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and market expansion skills with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The candidate should be proactive, self-driven, and capable of identifying new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote company products/services effectively.
  • Travel to explore new markets, meet prospective clients, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, agreements, and contracts to maximize business profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide strategic business insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking meetings.
