We are hiring our first sales person to help us build and bring in customers globally.
This is an early-stage role. There's no large team, no fixed playbook, and no steady flow of inbound leads. If you're comfortable figuring things out, taking ownership, and doing the work daily - this will be a good fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email & other means
- Start conversations and generate interest in our training and services
- Follow up consistently (this is a big part of the role)
- Run discovery calls and understand requirements
- Close smaller deals on your own
- Bring in internal technical team for deeper discussions when needed
- Manage your own pipeline and keep things moving
Who This Is For
- 3-4 years in B2B sales / business development
- Has done outbound (not just inbound handling)
- Has sold services, training, or SaaS
- Can work without constant supervision
- Is consistent with daily execution
Preferred Background
- Experience selling cybersecurity training, labs, or services
- Experience in InfoSec / IT training / technical education sales
- Experience selling to security teams, L&D, or enterprise tech teams
Hiring Process
- Shortlisting based on your application
- A practical task (shared after shortlisting)
- Discussion around your approach and thinking
Growth
If things work out:
- You'll help shape how sales is done here
- Opportunity to grow into a lead role as we scale
