Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting daily operations related to Ardex Endura's product portfolio, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, customer support, and on-time deliveries. Responsibilities may include assisting with technical or sales documentation, gathering and organizing customer feedback, and helping to prepare presentations, demonstrations, or training materials. The role also includes maintaining records, updating relevant data or reports, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
