Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative B2B to build, manage, and scale Ajnaa's B2B sales pipeline. This role is responsible for acquiring new B2B partners, growing existing accounts, and closing high-value bulk and repeat orders.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited for someone who thrives in consultative, relationship-driven B2B selling.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and onboard B2B clients, including:
- Multi-brand jewellery retailers
- Wedding planners & bridal consultants
- B2C e-commerce brands ( Major Focus Area)
- Corporate & institutional buyers
- Export / bulk purchase partners
- Drive bulk, repeat, and long-term contract-based orders
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation negotiation closure account growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly B2B revenue targets
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts
- Build long-term partnerships through repeat orders and relationship management
- Act as the primary point of contact for pricing, product customization, timelines, and delivery
- Upsell across product lines (bridal collections, festive collections, customized designs)
Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Lead commercial negotiations including:
- Pricing structures and margins
- Minimum order quantities (MOQs)
- Payment terms and credit cycles
- Delivery schedules
- Balance revenue growth with brand positioning and profitability
Market & Product Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of:
- B2B jewellery market dynamics and competitor offerings
- Share market insights and partner feedback with product and leadership teams
Internal Coordination & Process
- Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate B2B sales data in CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with internal approval, pricing, and brand standards
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 58+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
- Jewellery, luxury retail, lifestyle products, or high-value manufacturing
- Proven experience closing large-ticket and repeat B2B deals
- Strong network in the jewellery or bridal ecosystem is a plus
Skills
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building ability
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of margins and unit economics
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
- High ownership and ability to work independently
