Sales and Application Engineer
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients
- Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and technical presentations for industrial customers
- Provide on-site and remote support for photochemistry, and UV lamp and UV curing systems
- Collaborate with global technical teams to understand product specifications and performance benchmarks
- Assist in sales planning, lead generation, and customer onboarding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Document application results and support compliance, quality, and process optimization
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing across sales and technical teams
- Contribute to product localization efforts and feedback loops with global partners
- Follow up with customers on payment status and ensure timely collections.
- Ensure alignment with customer quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics & Electrical )
- 1.5–3 years of experience in industrial product sales, application engineering, or technical support
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field support – Gujrat, MP, Rajasthan & Telangana
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments and process workflows
- Ability to translate technical features into commercial value propositions
