Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineering Manager, located in Bengaluru The role involves driving sales strategy, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales engineers to meet and exceed revenue objectives. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, presenting customized 3D printing solutions to prospective clients, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project implementation. The Senior Sales Engineering Manager will also mentor team members, develop strategic plans, and track key sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in 3D Printing technologies, Rapid Prototyping, and Product Development
- Technical skills in CAD software, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Additive Manufacturing technologies
- Team leadership, mentorship, and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- Experience in the 3D printing or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
