Senior Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Vadodara. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical support, and offering solutions tailored to client needs. Core responsibilities include managing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, creating proposals, and assisting with the implementation of engineered solutions. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities within the industrial automation and control panel market.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering, with a focus on industrial automation and electrical control systems
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and drive business growth
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and consultancy, along with understanding client requirements
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the electrical or industrial automation industries is highly advantageous
• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field is preferred
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to meeting client and project goals
