Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive capital equipment sales across the waste management, cement, plastic recycling, metal recycling, wood recycling, paper, and waste-to-energy sectors. This is an individual contributor role focused on business development, dealer network creation, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell capital equipment solutions to industrial customers across multiple sectors.
- Generate leads, manage the sales cycle, and close orders independently.
- Develop and manage dealer/channel partner network across India.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer requirements.
- Conduct customer visits, site evaluations, and technical presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 78 years of experience in capital equipment/industrial machinery sales.
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Strong technical understanding and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, good academic background, and ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel frequently (min. 15 days/month).
