Job Summary
As part of our expansion in Process Skids, Gas Odorization Systems, Green Hydrogen & Sustainability Solutions, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Engineers for the role of Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing EPC team. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen in a fast-scaling, sustainability-focused engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and develop new customer base to achieve business objectives.
- Generate leads and business opportunities with existing and new customers through periodic visits.
- Build strong relationships with Engineering Consultants.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Apply strong techno-commercial skills and conduct competitor mapping.
- Participate in tenders (ONGC / EPC / GAIL / IOCL / HPCL / BPCL / Industrial clients).
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement & Sales Support teams.
- Evaluate risks and align commercial strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and report marketing and research data for internal decision-making.
- Represent the company in sales workshops, seminars, and industry events.
- Travel across India and the SAARC region as required.
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas processes and equipment.
- Ability to read P&ID, GA drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (costing models).
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Hydrogen projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Educational Qualification
- BE in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience
- 2–3 years in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Process Industry (preferred).
