Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Handle server setup, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Lead infrastructure migration, scaling, and performance improvement projects.
• Monitor systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Work with DevOps, Security, QA, and Development teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve critical infrastructure issues.
• Lead and mentor system administrators and manage team performance.
• Ensure infrastructure security, access control, and proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switching, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
• Experience in server management and virtualization technologies.
• Good understanding of load balancers and data security practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage critical incidents and work under pressure.
