Position Details:

- Qualification: B.E. Mechanical with MBA (Sales / Marketing)
- Experience: 67 years and above
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales activities with OEM and Key Accounts
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual order booking targets
- Prepare product costing and techno-commercial offers
- Coordinate with PPC, Engineering, QC, Purchase, and Production teams for timely order execution
- Monitor business trends, competition, opportunities, and challenges
- Ensure timely payment collection with recovery above 90%
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and analytical abilities
- Sound technical knowledge of the mechanical industry
- Experience working with ERP / Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Preferred Experience:
- Background in the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry
- Experience in handling OEM customers and key accounts
