Senior Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer at our Noida location. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing technical sales processes, providing product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and delivering technical support to potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities involve developing long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. The role will also include traveling to client sites as needed to provide hands-on support and build strong business relationships.

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, with experience in driving customer engagement and deals.
• Strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and technical presentation abilities.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts effectively, build client trust, and coordinate with teams.
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service with a customer-focused approach to solving client issues.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a client-facing role while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Proficiency in working with industrial machinery, particularly in printing, converting, or packaging industries, is highly desirable.
• Educational qualifications in Engineering, Technology, or a related field are preferred.
