We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join the Mech Power dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives by leveraging their professional expertise and knowledge to meet customer needs. This role involves travel across India to engage with clients, visit clients, understand their requirements, and engage with them to get sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to understand their needs and schedule meetings.
- Conduct in-depth service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Travel across India to conduct customer meetings, build relationships, and present Mech Power services and offerings, and understand their technical and commercial challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls, online meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the various internal teams to explain customer requirements and expectations that meet customer specifications and satisfaction.
- Provide technical and commercial consultation and support to customers before sales.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the various internal teams to enhance offerings and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and transactions using the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify new sales opportunities.
