Job Opening | Sales Professional – Induction Furnaces & Laboratory Equipment | Mumbai

A well-established Mumbai-based engineering company with deep expertise in the manufacturing of laboratory furnaces and induction furnaces is looking to strengthen its sales team.

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional who understands the industrial ecosystem and can drive business growth across key sectors such as steel, foundry, metallurgy, research institutions, and engineering companies.

Role: Sales Sales Engineer – Furnaces

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the market for induction furnaces and laboratory furnaces

• Identify and build relationships with IITs, NITs , Steel plants, foundries, R&D labs, and engineering companies

• Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and deal closure

• Work closely with technical teams to provide solution-oriented proposals

• Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business

Ideal Candidate

5–12 years of experience in sales of induction furnaces, laboratory equipment, metallurgical equipment, or industrial capital equipment

• Strong exposure to B2B industrial sales

• Understanding of metallurgy, foundry operations, or furnace technologies will be an advantage

• Good communication and relationship-building skills
