Hefty Founded in 2017, this company is a manufacturer and supplier of material handling equipment. They specialize in warehouse solutions and heavy-duty machinery.
Locations: Headquartered in Chennai, with a manufacturing facility in Coimbatore and additional offices in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Tuticorin.
Products: They manufacture forklifts (diesel and electric), scissor lifts, electric stackers, tow trucks, and pallet trucks.

Role Description

Must have experiance in material handling products. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting and driving sales initiatives by providing technical expertise and solutions to meet customer needs. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing technical presentations and proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The Senior Sales Engineer will also provide technical support during and after the sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a strong aptitude for understanding technical products and solutions
Technical Support expertise and capability to troubleshoot and resolve clients technical concerns
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet sales performance goals
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Prior experience in industrial equipment or a related industry is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
