Senior Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Engineer to be based in the Manesar/Gurgaon region. The role focuses on managing key industrial customers, supporting channel partners, and driving business growth for Festo's industrial automation portfolio across the region.
Your Job:
- Manage and develop business relationships with OEMs, End Users, and Distributors in the Manesar/Gurgaon industrial belt.
- Promote and sell industrial automation solutions, including: Pneumatics and Valves, Electric Actuators, Sensors and Automation Components, Servo Drives, Motion Control, and Safety Products.
- Providing technical consultation and application support to customers.
- Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order execution, and customer support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Maintain regular customer visits and update CRM systems with accurate information.
Our Requirements:
- Experience: 5 12 years in Industrial Automation, preferably in the Manesar/Gurgaon region.
- Education: BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation & Control.
- Industry Exposure: OEMs, Automotive, General Industry, and Machine Builders.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation products and applications.
- Good local market knowledge with an existing customer network (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with engineering, purchase, and management teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with effective negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
- Comfortable with field sales, frequent customer visits, and CRM-based sales processes.
