Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical consultation to clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and creating tailored solutions to meet their energy management needs. The Senior Sales Engineer will deliver product demonstrations, handle complex technical inquiries, support sales teams by bridging the gap between technical expertise and client requirements, and contribute to achieving sales goals through effective strategies and support.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical and Electronics
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Background in Sales ( Preferably with Power factor (PFC) products / SVG & AHF / Metering / Switchgear) , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a technical B2B environment
• Customer Service expertise, ensuring client satisfaction and providing timely resolutions to inquiries
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in energy management or related industries is a plus
