Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Engineer, based in Torangallu (Bellary). The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and fostering strong client relationships. The role involves offering technical support for product applications, promoting and selling solutions to meet customer requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong understanding of industrial products and their applications
• Proven ability to drive sales and effectively deliver customized solutions to clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to handle technical inquiries
• Relevant education in Engineering or a related technical field
• Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
