Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand market share for HSS & Solid Carbide Cutting Tools
- Manage and grow Dealer & Sub-dealer network
- Retain existing business and expand customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer seminars & new product launches
- Provide technical support and generate leads to close sales
- Drive branding & marketing activities for demand creation
- Achieve monthly sales targets & improve sales volume consistently
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare daily sales reports & monthly MIS (by 2nd of every month)
- Track competition & strategize with Product Management team
Candidate Profile:
- 38 years of experience in HSS / Solid Carbide Cutting Tools
- Currently working with a Cutting Tools Company / Authorized Dealer
- Experience handling Dealer & Sub-dealer markets
- Strong analytical skills & reporting capability (Visit Reports / MIS)
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Tool & Die Indo German Tool Room) / B.E. Mechanical (MBA Marketing preferred)
- Must be from Manufacturing background (not trading)
- Good understanding of local geography
