We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer for Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for sales/revenue generation in the assigned territory.
* Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
* Review the sales pipeline and plan for corrective action.
* Review all business attributes and their respective impact on the business and take appropriate corrective actions timely manner in coordination with the Manager, as and when required.
* Support Manager and Management for Annual, Quarterly, and monthly business planning for the company to be done, in consultation with the Business Head and the Management.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships in the area of responsibility.
* Promptly initiate all possible actions to close customer/ prospect complaints, if any, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Track amounts receivable from customers and drives the Consultants to collect pending outstanding.
* Update the Management of possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts.
Education : BE/ME/PG Diploma - Mechanical/Plastic/CIPET
Skills:
1. Have proven experience in Chiller/Refrigeration Sales, Pump/Compressor/Pneumatic/Industrial Sales/ OEM Sales/B2B Sales/Direct Sales.
2. Be energetic and have travelled to all major industrial estates of Tamil Nadu.
3. Have objection-handling skills and be able to build good rapport with the customers.
4. Be able to negotiate and close the deal.
