Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound sales efforts across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive high-quality lead generation through cold calling, outreach, and account-based prospecting, while also mentoring junior SDRs and optimizing outreach processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end outbound prospecting across India and international markets (US, UK, etc.)
  • Execute and manage high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers (CXOs, VP, Directors)
  • Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build and manage target account lists (ABM approach)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, messaging, and targeting
  • Mentor and guide junior SDRs on outreach techniques and best practices
  • Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
  • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (domestic + international)
  • Strong communication skills with global client exposure
  • Experience in IT services / QA / SaaS / Tech sales (preferred)
  • Ability to handle targets, pressure, and multiple markets simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
