Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound sales efforts across
domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive
high-quality lead generation through cold calling, outreach, and account-based prospecting, while also mentoring junior SDRs and optimizing outreach processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end outbound prospecting across India and international markets (US, UK, etc.)
- Execute and manage high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers (CXOs, VP, Directors)
- Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and manage target account lists (ABM approach)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline progress
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, messaging, and targeting
- Mentor and guide junior SDRs on outreach techniques and best practices
- Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (domestic + international)
- Strong communication skills with global client exposure
- Experience in IT services / QA / SaaS / Tech sales (preferred)
- Ability to handle targets, pressure, and multiple markets simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools
