Job Description

We at Indovance Pvt Ltd are hiring a Senior SDR / Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B outbound sales.

This role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and pipeline generation for international (US) clients in engineering services (Civil, Architecture, MEP, Mechanical domains)

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate and manage qualified sales pipeline
  • Identify and target key accounts (US market)
  • Connect with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Owners)
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery/demo meetings
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (call + email + social)
  • Maintain data in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho)
  • Track activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 8–12 qualified meetings/month
  • 50–70 outreach activities/day (calls + emails + LinkedIn)
  • Strong conversion ratios (lead → meeting → opportunity)

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

  • Experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (Outbound)
  • Strong expertise in cold calling & email outreach
  • Experience in B2B lead generation / prospecting
  • Exposure to US / international sales
  • Excellent communication & objection handling

Working Hours

  • Night shift - 6.30pm to 3.30am
  • Mode of Work - Hybrid

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in engineering services / CAD / BIM / technical sales
  • Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Experience with multi-touch outbound campaigns
