Role Description
As a Senior Sales Consultant - Study Abroad, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the study abroad consultation process, providing tailored advice to meet their educational goals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, delivering presentations about study abroad opportunities, and achieving defined sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, requiring strong communication and consulting expertise to ensure a seamless experience for students and their families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships.
- Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills to deliver information effectively and persuasively.
- Experience in Consulting to provide tailored guidance and solutions for client needs.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple client cases efficiently.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in the education consultancy or study abroad sector is an advantage.
