Senior Sales Consultant – Canada Staffing & Workforce Solutions

We are seeking experienced staffing sales professionals to drive new business development within the Canadian staffing and workforce solutions market.
This is a 100% remote, performance-based, commission-only position built exclusively for senior staffing sales professionals who thrive on prospecting, closing, and generating new enterprise revenue.
This opportunity is designed for senior-level sales hunters with proven experience selling staffing or workforce solutions into Canada or North American markets.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be generating, developing, and closing new client opportunities across Canada.
All recruitment delivery, onboarding, payroll, invoicing, compliance, and account management functions are fully supported by dedicated internal teams, allowing you to focus entirely on business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development – Canadian Market
- Identify, prospect, and secure new staffing clients across Canada
- Target enterprise organizations, implementation partners, MSP/VMS programs, and direct corporate accounts
- Drive outbound sales activities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and strategic networking
- Build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline focused on long-term revenue growth
Workforce Solutions Sales
Present and sell workforce solutions including:
- Contract staffing
- Contract-to-hire
- Permanent/direct hire
- Project-based and SOW engagements
Enterprise Client Engagement
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and IT decision-makers
- Navigate enterprise procurement and MSP/VMS processes
- Negotiate staffing agreements, commercial terms, markups, and payment structures
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through signed agreement and internal transition
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking
- Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
- Ensure professional communication standards and compliance practices
Required Experience
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of staffing or recruitment business development experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and staffing revenue generation
- Mandatory experience selling staffing or workforce solutions into the Canadian market
- Strong understanding of staffing models including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring
Preferred Background
- Experience working with enterprise clients, MSP/VMS programs, or implementation partners
- Existing network of Canadian HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, or hiring decision-makers is highly preferred
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a commission-only, performance-driven environment
- Ability to work aligned with Canadian business hours
