Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Chennai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer needs, advising on product options, and delivering tailored recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, providing superior customer service, maintaining detailed product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. The role involves active consultation and collaboration to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and fulfill client requirements effectively
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate product information, negotiate, and build lasting relationships
• Capability to meet sales goals and adapt within a competitive sales environment
• Previous experience in the automotive or luxury product sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, client-facing role in Chennai
