Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Consultant to join our company. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the EdTech industry, with a strong background in customer retention, relationship management, or consulting roles. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand client's needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Achieve individual and team targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in EdTech, preferably in customer success, or consulting roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
