Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Consultant role based in Alwar. The Senior Sales Consultant will guide customers through the complete vehicle buying journey, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, test drives, and closing sales in line with dealership standards. Responsibilities include proactively engaging walk-in and referral customers, explaining vehicle features and financing options, and ensuring all documentation and delivery processes are accurate and timely. The role involves building and managing a robust sales pipeline, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business. The Senior Sales Consultant will also collaborate with the showroom, finance, and service teams to support a seamless customer experience and meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and close sales effectively.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver a positive buying experience and foster long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal explanations and professional presentation of products and offers.
  • Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alwar, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) for managing leads and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Preferred: Prior experience with passenger vehicles or TATA Motors products and a valid driver's license for conducting test drives.
