OptimHire (optimhire.com) is a US-incorporated AI hiring company. Our Executive Concierge program helps senior US professionals (directors, VPs, senior managers) land their next role: we run their job search, recruiter outreach and interview pipeline for them. Our team of 40+ is in India.

The role

You will run video sales calls with senior US professionals who booked a demo, understand their job-search situation, and close them on our Concierge program (from $499 a month, with higher tiers). Our SDR team books your calls, so you focus on closing. You will also re-engage warm leads (past no-shows and I'll think about it prospects) and book and close them yourself.

- Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST, 5 days a week (permanent night shift)

- Work from home, anywhere in India

- 6 to 10 video demos a night, with monthly sales targets

You must have

- 3+ years closing high-ticket sales with US clients on video or phone calls

- Experience selling career services, coaching, resume or outplacement services, recruitment or education programs to working professionals

- Proven ability to speak with senior professionals (directors and VPs) as a peer and handle it's expensive and I need to think about it

- 8+ years of total work experience

- Clear, confident English that US executives understand easily

- Professional on-camera presence: business attire, a well-lit quiet room, HD webcam and a good headset

- Reliable laptop and home broadband with a backup connection

Nice to have

- Sold US career transition, outplacement or executive search services

- CRM discipline (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce)

How we hire

1. Screening questions and a 2-minute video introduction recorded in the setup you would use for client calls

2. A 15-minute live role-play: you run a demo and close a skeptical US executive

3. A 30-day paid trial with clear milestones: shadow our lead closer, run booked demos, revive warm leads, and hit a sales target. Full pay of up to Rs 1,00,000 + commission once you pass.
