Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales & Business Development Executive to lead our B2B Domestic & International sales efforts in the fast-growing lab-grown diamond industry. This strategic role will focus on building and expanding our global customer baseincluding jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, and luxury retail brandsacross key overseas markets. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of gemstone or luxury product exports, a strong international client network, and a track record of driving sustainable revenue growth in a competitive global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Domestic & International B2B sales operations, focusing on key markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, jewelry brands, manufacturers, and high-volume buyers of lab-grown diamonds.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling, solution-based negotiations, and customized product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, demand shifts, and competitive activity across regions.
- Participate in global trade shows, exhibitions, and business development missions to generate leads and brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, territory reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members and regional agents as needed.
Qualifications & Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree or Diploma in Jewellery or MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 3-10years Front end Sales experience in B2B sales, Business Development and New Client Acquisition experience into lab-grown diamonds.
