Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team by providing administrative, customer service, and operational support. You will help maintain client relationships, handle internal documentation, and ensure that the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Managing the sales pipeline.
• Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and sales activities.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, offering product information and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product, and finance) to streamline the sales process.
• Support the organization and execution of sales meetings, product demos, and webinars.
• Handle post-sales follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction by managing feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
• 3+ year of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
• Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
