About the Role :

Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform for any aspirant wishing to study abroad. It is a transaction platform for students to apply to the university of choice.

The charter for this role will include

Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad

Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests

Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to

Assist in preparing and filing their applications

Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets

Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions

Ideal Persona would

Good communication skills

Knowledge of CRM

Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization

Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred

Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Location - HSR Layout, Sector6

Work Timing- Monday - Saturday (WFO)
