About the role:
As an Inside Sales Executive at Leap Scholar, your primary objective will be to drive conversions
within our lead pipeline through proactive phone outreach. You will be responsible for pitching Leap Scholar's comprehensive offerings, including Counselling, SAT preparation, Visa services, and more.
The charter for this role will include:
Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through phone calls.
Pitch Leap Scholar's various offerings including Counselling, SAT, Visa services, etc.
Resolve student queries.
Coordinate with the internal team (counsellors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the
conversion.
Ideal Persona would :
At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales role.
Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented.
Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background would be a bonus.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Counsellors and Internal team.
Week off- Monday or Tuesday (rotational shift)
Working Hours - 2 PM to 11 PM.
Location - HSR Layout- Sector 6, Bangalore
