The Opportunity:

As a Senior Sales Associate for IBM Software Solutions, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic account development. You will work closely with enterprise customers to identify business challenges and position IBM's AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, Data, and Automation solutions to address their digital transformation needs.

This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong IBM software sales experience and the ability to independently generate opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close enterprise deals.

Job Details:

  • Experience Required: 7–8 years of experience in Enterprise Technology Sales.
  • Location: Noida (WFO - 5 days)
  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred (Up to 30 Days may be considered)
  • Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Experience selling AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, Data, and Automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software solutioning and enterprise integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience engaging with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across enterprise accounts.
  • Drive end-to-end sales for IBM Software Solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Engage with enterprise decision-makers to understand business challenges and technology requirements.
  • Present and position IBM solutions across AI, ML, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, Data, and Automation domains.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop proposals, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build long-term customer relationships focused on business value and technology adoption.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets through strategic account planning and consultative selling.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and enterprise software technologies.
