Role Description

Location: Pune

Territory: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Application Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales with a strong background in adhesives, sealants and fluid dispensing products. The person will be responsible for the application engineering, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

3.Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales.

4.Provide technical support, product demonstrations to clients and focus on application engineering

5.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

6.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

7.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

8.Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products.

Requirements:

1.B Tech/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical.

2.4-5 years of experience in sales in the adhesives, sealants or fluid dispensing industry.

3.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

4.Strong technical approach with the ability to understand and articulate complex product specifications.

5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7.Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

8.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

9.Must be ready to travel across the country as in when required.

10.Should possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
