Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
● Drive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
● Manage and expand key B2B accounts in the chemical / solvents industry.
● Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
● Lead and monitor the sales team for performance and closures.
● Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
● Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.

Candidate Profile
● 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the chemical / solvents industry
(mandatory).
● Proven track record in key account management and team handling.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
● Comfortable with a WFO working model.
● B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering , MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing
(preferred)
