We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team on-site in Jodhpur. The role involves developing market plans, conducting in-depth market research, identifying potential customers, and designing strategies to increase sales. The executive will coordinate marketing campaigns, establish strategic partnerships, and maintain effective communication with clients to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves analyzing business opportunities and monitoring market trends to provide insights that drive the company's marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
• Strong Sales and Marketing expertise with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build strong client relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop data-driven strategies
• Leadership skills and experience in driving team performance (preferred)
• Familiarity with the FMCG sector and international markets is an added advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
