Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings
Evaluate franchise applications and financial capability
Coordinate franchise agreements and documentation
Franchise Operations & Support
Ensure all franchise outlets follow brand SOPs and service standards
Provide operational guidance and training support
Monitor outlet performance and profitability
Conduct regular audits and performance reviews
Revenue & Business Growth
Drive sales targets across franchise locations
Support franchisees with marketing campaigns and promotions
Monitor KPIs like revenue, footfall, customer retention, and average billing
Identify growth opportunities and expansion markets
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts
Act as the bridge between corporate team and franchise outlet
Training & Compliance
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, pricing policies, and hygiene standards
Coordinate product procurement and vendor alignment
Conduct training programs for franchise staff
