Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional with prior experience of sales in US who can own the complete sales lifecycle for technology services. This role requires a strong US experience selling IT services/solutions, and the ability to independently drive pipeline, close deals, and grow strategic accounts.
You will work closely with leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams to expand Maruti Techlabs's business in US market.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Build and grow a strong sales pipeline focused on technology services (software development, data, AI, cloud, etc.)
- Acquire new logos while also expanding business within existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth aligned with quarterly and annual targets
- Establish and maintain C-level and senior leadership relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and mapping them to technology solutions
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful deal closures
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and stay engaged for account growth
Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in technology/IT services sales, especially selling services from offshore/nearshore delivery models
- At least 5 years working in the US market, selling to US-based customers
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deal sizes in technology services
- Strong understanding of software development, data engineering, cloud, and AI services (technical depth sufficient for client conversations)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working in a growth-oriented environment
- Prior experience working with start-ups, SMBs, or mid-market enterprises
