Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Account Executive in the Edtech domain. The Senior Sales Account Executive will focus on lead generation, nurturing relationships with potential clients, managing existing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and expand the organization's client base in the education technology sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building
  • Experience in delivering high-quality Customer Service
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the edtech or education industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is preferred
  • Budget- up to 4 lpa
