Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Officer position located in Hapur. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, and supporting channel sales efforts. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining client satisfaction, working closely with distribution channels, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Channel Sales strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Expertise in Sales Operations, including creating and executing sales plans
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
