We are seeking a Senior SailPoint IAM Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SailPoint Identity Governance solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity management for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting and support for SailPoint applications and systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Implement best practices for identity and access management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ configuration and deployment.
• Knowledge of integration with various systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
