Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development:
  • Design and develop Sail Point Identity Management solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Implement and customize Sail Point Identity Now or Sail Point Identity IQ, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Develop custom connectors, workflows, and rules within Sail Point, as required by the project.
  • Configure and extend Sail Point applications to support client's IAM (Identity and Access Management) strategy.
  • Integration:
  • Integrate Sail Point with third-party applications, Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, cloud applications, and other enterprise systems.
  • Work on data migrations and integrations to bring legacy data into Sail Point.
  • Identity Governance and Administration:
  • Implement user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO (Single Sign-On), and authentication mechanisms within Sail Point.
  • Configure policies, certifications, and entitlement management processes to ensure identity governance compliance.
  • Customization & Optimization:
  • Customize and optimize Sail Point workflows, roles, certifications, and other components to align with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance, ensuring that the Sail Point platform is running efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Mentoring:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and security teams to define requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior Sail Point developers and other team members.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
  • Testing & Documentation:
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Sail Point implementations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, implementation guides, and user manuals.
  • Support & Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Sail Point applications.
  • Stay up to date with Sail Point platform releases and features, implementing updates as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Management development, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC, SSO, authentication, and authorization concepts.
  • Proven experience with Sail Point integrations with enterprise applications, databases, cloud-based services, and directories like Active Directory, LDAP, and SAP.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Sail Point Identity IQ and/or Sail Point Identity Now configuration and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript for Sail Point custom development (e.g., connectors, rules, workflows).
  • Familiarity with Sail Point's API for integrating external systems.
  • Experience with developing and configuring Sail Point connectors and workflows.
  • Understanding of security best practices related to IAM, including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and access control.
  • Tools & Technologies:
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications (Salesforce, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services (SOAP, JSON, etc.).
  • Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications like Sail Point Identity IQ Developer or Sail Point Identity Now certification are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile/Scrum Methodology:
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including experience working in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem resolution and optimization.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior developers and manage client relationships.
