Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer – IDN with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow / IDN / Identity Security Cloud development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IAM / IGA solutions, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, connectors, workflows, transforms, rules, provisioning, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions in SailPoint IDN / IdentityNow

• Work on end-to-end IAM / IGA implementation activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and support. • Configure identity lifecycle processes such as joiner, mover, leaver, access request, provisioning, and de provisioning.

• Develop and manage connectors, access profiles, roles, entitlements, workflows, transforms, rules, and provisioning policies.

• Perform application onboarding, source configuration, aggregation, correlation, and entitlement mapping.

• Integrate SailPoint IDN with enterprise applications, directories, databases, cloud platforms, and third party systems.

• Troubleshoot issues related to aggregation, provisioning, connectors, access requests, and workflow execution.

• Work closely with IAM architects, security teams, application owners, and client stakeholders.

• Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, test cases, and deployment notes.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of overall experience in IAM / IGA implementation.

• Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IDN / IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.

• Deep experience in SailPoint IDN development, configuration, customization, and implementation.

• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, provisioning, de provisioning, and certifications.

• Hands-on experience with: SailPoint IDN components including Sources / Connectors, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Workflows, Transforms, Rules, Provisioning Policies, Identity Profiles, and Certifications.

• Experience with connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, REST, SCIM, Azure AD / Entra ID, ServiceNow, and SaaS applications.

• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, Java / BeanShell / JavaScript scripting. • Strong troubleshooting skills in SailPoint IDN implementation and production environments.
