Senior RWE Analyst (3–6 YOE)
Position Summary
NeuroDiscovery AI leverages large-scale healthcare data across neurological diseases to generate biomarker-driven insights that support drug discovery and development. The Senior RWE Analyst plays a central role in executing complex real-world evidence studies and ensuring analytical rigor, quality, and scientific integrity. This role is responsible for overseeing the full study lifecycle—from design and cohort strategy to advanced analysis, interpretation, and delivery—while maintaining high standards of quality control and methodological soundness. The Senior Analyst operates independently, contributes to strategic discussions, and strengthens best practices across the analytics function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end retrospective and prospective RWE studies
- Develop complex cohort definitions and analytical frameworks
- Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines for large-scale healthcare data
- Perform sophisticated statistical and analytical modeling using Python
- Conduct detailed quality control (QC) of analytical outputs, including review of other analysts` work
- Ensure reproducibility, validation, and comprehensive documentation
- Interpret findings within clinical, epidemiological, and business context
- Present results to leadership and external stakeholders
- Contribute to development of analytical standards and process improvements
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in RWE, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical research
- Advanced SQL and Python proficiency
- Strong foundation in epidemiology, outcomes research, and study methodology
- Experience managing analytical workflows and ensuring data quality
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
