Senior Rust Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems and backend services usingRust.
• Writeclean, efficient, and maintainable codewith strong adherence to software engineering principles.
• Work onalgorithms and system-level programmingfor performance-sensitive applications.
• Participate incode reviews, provide feedback, and uphold coding best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory management issues, and concurrency challenges.
• Stay updated with thelatest trends in Rust and system programming, and continuously drive innovation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total software development experience, with3+ years of hands-on Rust experience.
• Strong inData Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Expertise insystems programming, concurrency, memory management, andlow-latency applications.
• Familiarity withmicroservices, distributed systems, andcloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience withC/C++orGois a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Passionate about coding, clean design, and performance optimization.
