Role: Senior Ruby Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Ruby Engineer who will play a key role in building and scaling a modern, user-facing platform. The candidate will be responsible for owning features end-to-end, contributing to architecture decisions, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver complex full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and React
- Maintain high code quality through reviews and best practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
- Ensure production stability and provide support
Core Skills Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Ruby with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails
- Solid understanding of full-stack web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Heroku)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have:
- Advanced React and design systems knowledge
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript
- Familiarity with Redis, Docker, and performance optimization
- Agile/Scrum experience
